We are fiercely dedicated to pushing our students beyond their training goals. Our striking and grappling classes are tailor-made for those hungry for an intense workout, self-defense, or competitive athletes ready to dominate. We work with all martial arts disciplines with heavy emphasis on Jiu Jitsu for grappling and Muay Thai for striking.
Striking Classes
Our striking sessions provide an intense full-body workout that is both functional and fun. We focus on developing proper striking techniques, emphasizing body mechanics and form, which are essential for both fitness and self-defense situations. We teach aspects of all related martial arts disciplines such as Muay Thai.

Grappling Classes
In our grappling sessions, students learn essential techniques for controlling both their own bodies and their opponents’. The curriculum combines elements of jiu jitsu, wrestling and judo, ensuring a well-rounded foundation in these vital grappling disciplines.
GRIT MMA is affiliated with world-renowned Coach Dennis Davis’s Piranha Grappling Systems. GRIT Students may be promoted in a NOGI belting system!

MMA Classes
These classes are designed to introduce core techniques from all aspects of mixed martial arts, helping participants build a well-rounded skill set. Students work on a variety of scenarios that include throwing strikes, setting up effective takedowns, utilizing the clinch, practicing wall wrestling, executing ground and pound, and improving scrambling techniques. The MMA training is for students who have developed basic skills in striking and grappling and are ready to integrate their skills for self-defense or competition.

Competition
As members develop their skills and showcase progression in the sport, they will earn invitations to our advanced MMA classes and receive strong encouragement to compete. As a young school, we are already making a significant impact in the MMA cage! For more of GRIT MMA in action, check out Grit MMA – YouTube or follow us on social media!
