GRIT MMA’s fast-paced Muay Thai class is designed for beginner to intermediate-skilled teens and adults interested in using Thai Boxing for fitness or MMA skill development. Muay Thai utilizes all 8 limbs—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—to deliver powerful strikes. Coach Joey Walker teaches you how to strike effectively from a distance and use clinch techniques to control an opponent. Additionally, this class integrates Western boxing techniques for a well-rounded approach to training.
