Learn the Fundamentals
Boost your cardiovascular endurance with proper form and technique in a supportive environment. Each session is designed to build confidence, strength, and skill at your own pace. Coach Haili seeks to satisfy each gym member– beginner or skilled. We have coed classes, and women’s classes. All of them improve fitness, cardio health, and build strength and balance.



Class Schedule
Adult GRIT members have many training options. You can mix up your classes based on your life schedule, skill, and interests. You can attend a 5:30 am class on one day and a 12:00 pm class on another. You may focus on cardio kickboxing and on occasion attend a Muay Thai or MMA class.
