GRIT MMA offers a wide range of classes! We provide regular sessions in MMA, Kickboxing Conditioning, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu for 5-12 year/3-17 year-old youth and adults. For youth, we focus classes on fitness, conditioning, and self-defense with developmental skills in mind. The intermediate/advanced classes are offered to a mix of individuals with different goals—some who are taking classes for fitness and conditioning while others are preparing for amateur and professional MMA competition.
